Programs
Our martial arts programs are designed with self defense, fitness, and competition in mind. Whether you attend MMA, BJJ, or Boxing, you’ll learn proper technique while improving your overall fitness.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU
Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been practicing the art for years, our BJJ classes are designed to help everyone improve their ground game.
BOOT CAMP
Focusing on conditioning and building muscle, our boot camp features circuit training classes accessible to any fitness level. And with workouts changing each day of the week, you’ll never get bored.
BOXING
Whether you want to learn boxing for sport, competition, or just to get a great workout, our boxing classes will meet your needs. Classes focus on technique, drills, and conditioning.
SELF DEFENSE
In this day and age, it’s crucial that you everyone, both male and female, learn to defend themselves. This program focuses on real life situations and application.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
Learn a combination of Muay Thai kickboxing, BJJ, and wrestling while getting a killer workout. Our program features classes for beginners, as well as those looking to train to fight.
Spin
Spin classes feature high intensity workouts like no other. You have to come in, climb on a bike, and see for yourself how fun and intense these workouts can be.
