KIDS CLASSES

The perfect way for your kids to build self-confidence and increase their fitness. Grind House youth classes include BJJ, KMMA, Boxing, and more!

BOXING

Whether you want to learn boxing for sport, competition, or just to get a great workout, our boxing classes will meet your needs. Classes focus on technique, drills, and conditioning. 

SELF DEFENSE

In this day and age, it’s crucial that you everyone, both male and female, learn to defend themselves. This program focuses on real life situations and application.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Learn a combination of Muay Thai kickboxing, BJJ, and wrestling while getting a killer workout. Our program features classes for beginners, as well as those looking to train to fight.

Spin

Spin classes feature high intensity workouts like no other. You have to come in, climb on a bike, and see for yourself how fun and intense these workouts can be.
