Our Gym
Grind House Training Facility is a gym in Boerne, TX that offers everything you could need to guide you through your fitness journey. From equipment to classes to veteran trainers, Grind House Training facility is the premiere fitness center not just in Boerne, but all of the Northwest San Antonio area.

We offer many different classes for all levels of fitness. Our programs include boot camp, strike fit, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, spin, and more. And our personal trainers are available to put together customized workout programs to help you meet your individual goals. MEET THE STAFF
Greta Rodkey
Owner | Trainer
Greta is the owner of Grind House Training Facility. She is a Certified Nurse, NASM Personal Trainer, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, NASM Weight Loss Specialist, NASM MMA Conditioning Specialist, and StrikeFit Instructor.
Greta has participated in many different types of fitness training. She has trained with multi-sport coaches and personal trainers, competing in various running events, triathlons, multi-sport events and obstacle races before discovering her passion for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA).
Brendan O’Reilley
BJJ | Advanced MMA Coach
Brendan is a professional MMA fighter who competed in the UFC and was a contender on The Ultimate Fighter: Canada vs. Australia . He is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ).
Originally from Australia, Brendan now resides in Boerne, Texas, where he heads the Grind House BJJ program and serves as the Advanced MMA coach.
Casey Johnson
MMA Coach
Casey has trained in several different forms of Martial Arts over the last 25 years, including boxing in HS, Okinawan Karate, MMA, and BJJ. He was one of the first members of the Grindhouse Fight Team with GH fighter Devin Cowan.
Casey has trained with many different current professional fighters, has been a part of fight camps, attended seminars, and competed in smokers and BJJ tournaments. He has taught the adult beginner MMA classes at GH for the last 2 years. He also offers one on one training sessions.
Tim Bird
Kids’ BJJ Coach
Tim has been doing BJJ for 8+ years. As a kid, he grew up training Tae Kwon Do, Western Boxing, ad other martial arts.
He is the father of two kids, one of which he teaches in the kids’ BJJ class. His wife, Hanna, is also a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
When not training or teaching ,Tim enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and other outdoor activities. He also devotes time to volunteering for various non-profits helping with disaster aid.
Kevin Durio
Boxing | Youth Boxing, MMA, & Kickboxing | Bootcamp | Personal Trainer
Kevin has nearly 50 years of martial arts experience and is a former full contact kickboxing competitor. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through NSCA and the Cooper Institute, a Certified Boxing Coach with USA Boxing, and is certified in functional conditioning and bio-mechanics. He has also served as a fitness and hand-to-hand combat trainer for law enforcement and military teams.
Natalie Sales
Group Exercise Instructor | Personal Trainer
When you work out with Natalie, she will help establish realistic and attainable
goals. She will help you develop a wellness program specific to your individual
needs, health status and limitations. To avoid common mistakes and exercise
related injuries, Natalie will assure you use proper technique.
Natalie is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, an
AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor and a Health Coach.
